Youth Fitness Class

It is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits. Our Youth Fitness Class is designed to help children ages 7-13 to develop positive behaviors at an early age, while having fun!  This is a great way for kids to learn The Fitness ABCs.

Each class is built with kids learning styles and interests in mind.  This means that most kids won’t realize how much exercise they are getting during our class.  Fun games and interaction with classmates ensure that everyone has a good time.

Most exercises will require only body weight, but we may use small free weights, medicine balls, or resistance bands.  Other equipment used will be “non-traditional” items to make a workout fun and sometimes a little silly!
