Youth Fitness

The children are our future. 

In the past 30 years, obesity rates have doubled among children and tripled among adolescents, and the amount of physical activity in schools has drastically decreased. With 9 million overweight youth in the United States and the number increasing each year the need for youth fitness programs is imperative. 

The benefits of affecting a child’s or teen’s life are innumerable.  Our system consists of age-appropriate exercise programs that improve the overall health and well-being of children and teens and help instill the value of physical activity at an early age.   

We have classes for youth and preteens to encourage them to become healthier and stronger.  We aim to prevent many “lifestyle diseases” and to help grow children into health conscious adults.  

Teens aged 14+ are encouraged to join our traditional classes.  Special “teen only” classes will pop up on occasion, so please join our mailing list to keep informed of upcoming classes.
